Well...I'm 49 in December and gotta say that the 40-49 decade is a tough one....I have let myself go in mind...body and spirit...the triathlon of self awareness and self happiness has flown the coop...this has absolutely zero bearing on wifey....she is incredible and I wake up everyday wondering why she keeps dealing with it all....
Back still sucks but I've dealt with it....I have entered the Mac squash ladder and look forward to getting back on court....and smashing more racquets....this is all very good for the program....instant revenue...and more agony for lower back...
Started swimming again...went 3/4 mile on Monday.....mile today....blows ass...swimming....great for you...yes....yet...there is that silent calmness that allows ones feeble brain to function...anything and everything u think of is already covered in Ron Popeil's umbrella....
In one month...saundoggy has been to Ireland...golf golf golf....magical....Michigan....golf golf golf and draft a championship fantasy football team....and pebble fuggen beach....hello darling!!!! I'm blessed....in an agnostic way...golf gods blessed me...I'm guessing...
I'll tell you the secret....I said YES! I say NO 85.89 % of the time....such a drag I am....but something inside me told me to say YES...so I did....and I fuggen loved it....
